December 05, 2006. Congratulations to Frank Concepion, a new member of the AMD posse, who won 3rd place in the Haddonfield 5k road Race. Frank did some Pose-specific track work with the intention of "just bettering last year's time." Well, he stuck to the plan, and dropped his 5K time from 30:32 to 25:44! Way to go Frank! tsp.
